Conrad Murray Sentenced
Conrad Murray was sentenced to four years in prison today for the murder “involuntary manslaughter” of The King of Pop, Michael Jackson.
Some would say justice was served. I say this sentence still will never bring our legend back.

Heavy D Laid to Rest
Funeral services were held at Grace Baptist Church in Mt. Vernon, New York on Friday (11/18/11). Dwight “Heavy D” Meyers died unexpectedly on November 8.
President Obama sent a letter of encouragement to his family and friends, which was read by Reverend Al Sharpton:
We extend our heartfelt condolences at this difficult time. He will be remembered for his infectious optimism and many contributions to American music. Please know that you and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers. [Source]
Celebrities in attendance included the likes of Usher, Diddy, and Jada Pinkett-Smith.
