Gucci Mane Ordered back to Prison / Waka Turns Himself In


Earlier today a Fulton County Superior Court Judge has ordered that Radric Davis better known as Gucci Mane be remanded to prison for a violation of probation stemming from an arrest last year. The rapper's attorney requested that the judge allow him to be on a ankle monitor however his probation officer fought vigorously to have him placed in custody for which the judge agreed.

Rapper Gucci Mane is facing a prison term of 17 months if he is in fact found guilty of the violation. A hearing date has been set for January 24th, 2011 in Fulton County Superior Court.




(AllHipHop News) Atlanta, Georgia rapper Waka Flocka Flame is currently being held on bond after he surrendered to authorities earlier today on a variety of charges, stemming from a December 16th raid of his home.

Waka Flocka turned himself into authorities earlier today and was charged with multiple offenses stemming from the raid, which yielded a small amount of marijuana and two guns.

According to TMZ.com, Waka was charged with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of hydrocodone, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, violating probation for driving on a suspended license and violating Georgia's "Criminal Street Gang and Terror Prevention Act."

Waka, born Juaquin Malphurs, is currently being held on $31,950 bond.

AllHipHop.com caught up with Waka Flocka's mother/manager Debra Antney, the week after her son's house was originally raided.

"They are violating our constitutional rights you see what I am saying?" Antney told AllHipHop.com. "As soon as I stepped in they immediately said “put your hands up” what that f**k was that all about I was coming to make sure my son was alright and they were like “ give me that phone” “take your clothes off” “raise your hands”

"I bust my ass to keep these guys straight getting they ass out the streets so they can’t do what they are doing to them you understand what I am saying," Antney told AllHipHop.com.
