I think this is a debate that will go on for a while. When is spanking / whooping considered child abuse? I don’t even know what to say about this one. He's doing a bit much, but I don't think whooping is child abuse. He let his anger get the best of him, which is wrong. I got whoopings, I didn't like them...but I think that was the point. I don't hate my mom or not talk to her because of it, lets get real, its not that serious. I'm not angry nor am I a menace to society. I have a full time job, I'm in college and the only interaction I've had with the police, is dating one :) discipline is a necessary part of growing up
