SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) - Eminem may have a stronger connection to Detroit than just growing up in the area. A new video actually compares the two.
In 2005, the rapper cancelled his European tour and entered rehab.
According to the video, forty percent of Detroit residents have been living below the poverty level because of the recent struggles in the auto industry.
Eminem says it feels like he and the city are recovering at the same time.
